~ Each taxpayer designates where some of their money goes (environment, social programs, military...).
~ National Sales Tax to cover 30% of Federal Government spending.
~ "Simple Rebate System" for socially responsible purchases (like residential wind turbines) or socially responsible activity (like organic farming).
