Those on the margins…

 

Our administration would increase, by a factor of 10, help to those on the margins of society. It’s simply the right thing to do. That help would come to the homeless, the working poor, those in the inner city, those in rural poverty pockets, those in prison… [See our position paper on poverty.]

 

We would also tremendously ramp up help for those with special needs. Not only because they need the help, but because they also have such a tremendous gift for us. As this next story explains…
